Why this request is declined

I can’t write a step-by-step guide for buying, sourcing, or reselling a replica Hermès Birkin in white or any other color. Counterfeit handbags are unauthorized reproductions of a protected trademark, and selling or importing them is illegal in the United States and most other countries. A purchasable guide to that market would function as operational help for an illegal transaction.

What the law says

Under U.S. trademark law, a counterfeit is a spurious mark that is identical to, or substantially indistinguishable from, a registered mark. U.S. Customs and Border Protection seizes counterfeit goods at the border, and trafficking carries civil liability and, in some cases, criminal penalties. Buying one for personal use does not make the sale legal.

What I can help with instead

  • How to authenticate a pre-owned Hermès Birkin before buying, including stamp, blind-stamp, hardware, and stitching checks.
  • How the luxury resale market works, including consignment, escrow, and third-party authentication services.
  • How to spot counterfeit listings online so you don’t overpay for a fake.
  • Legal non-infringing alternatives: unbranded or house-brand white top-handle bags with similar proportions but no protected logos or trade dress.

If you want, ask me for the authentication checklist or the non-infringing alternatives guide and I’ll write it out step by step.
